Drosophila genome wide RNA interference screen of apoptosis pathway

A recent Nature paper reports a genome wide RNAi screen targeting the potential Drosophila apoptotic effectors in apoptosis pathway hopefully to further our understanding of the conserved machanisms underlying PCD.

Drosophila RNAi Transgenes Construction

I am currently learning how to construct a RNAi transgenes for a Drosophila adult, on the starting point to the next plan of ultilizing our own presumbly constructed RNAi targeted to the gene of our focus.  Beaucause we found that the inteference effect of the exsiting RNAi line from VDRC is not that ideal.
